- Autor podjął próbę udzielenia odpowiedzi na pytanie o to, jakie czynniki wyznaczają rozwój organizacji bez względu na charakter jej działalności, rozmiary i przynależność do danego sektora gospodarki.
Every organisation, regardless of the nature of its operations, its size, and the sector of the economy in which it operates, functions according to the rule: supply of resources (people, means, methods, information) - transformation of resources (techniques, technology) - results (goods, services).
