- Charakterystyczne dla dualnego systemu kształcenia jest istnienie dwóch miejsc nauki: zakładu pracy, ze szkoleniem praktycznym oraz szkoły, ze szkoleniem teoretycznym. Autorka zaprezentowała funkcjonowanie dualnego systemu kształcenia zawodowego w Republice Federalnej Niemiec, ze szczególnym zwróceniem uwagi na jego efektywność i możliwość wykorzystania w polskiej reformie systemu edukacji.
German is a country where vocational education has a long tradition, and the very system is well-working and efficient. The two-thirds of the whole system of vocational education in Germany is dual system education. It consists in combining school education with vocational training at the place of work.
