- Abstract
- Celem artykułu jest prezentacja i ocena postrzegania problemu jakości przez wielkopolskie grupy producentów rolnych. Wnioski oparto na wynikach badań ankietowych, których celem było poznanie stanowiska liderów grup, m.in. na temat czynności organizacyjnych związanych z tworzeniem grupy, rynków zbytu produktów rolnych wytwarzanych przez grupę, a także korzyści i negatywnych aspektów prowadzenia działalności zespołowej.
In this article there are presented the opinion of the producers groups from Wielkopolska to the point of the production quality problem and the influence of the raw materials quality on the producers groups activity. The pool reveals, the production quality is not especially essential while the group formation - rare criterion the members of group selection. Though the quality growth is not perceive as a important profit from function in the producers group, as many as 39 from among 45 respondents affirm, that as a result of the teamwork, the farm produce quality rise. At the same time about half of respondents point at fact of delivery quality assurance. (original abstract) - Accessibility
