- W opracowaniu przedstawiono fragment szerokich badań dotyczących procesu restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstw w latach 1990-1998 w różnych obszarach ich funkcjonowania. Wybrany fragment dotyczył wymiernych aspektów poprawy jakości zasobów ludzkich. Przedstawione zostały zmiany w strukturze zatrudnienia według poziomu wykształcenia (zmiany te nastąpiły głównie wskutek redukcji personelu oraz w pewnym stopniu w wyniku przyjęć nowych pracowników). Obok tego zaprezentowano i oceniono działania związane z rozwojem i umiejętnościami pracowników objętych badaniami.
One of the aspects of enterprise restructurization is restructurization of employment encompassing changes in the number, structure and qualifications of the staff. The study presents qualitative effects of this restructurization confirmed by empirical investigations in 51 enterprises. The investigations covered the period between 1990 and 1998. The reduction of employment was approximately 35 procent on the average. Its greatest intensity was observed in 1990-1993 and resulted, among others, in numerous shifts at places of work, which was related to the being introduced organizational changes. The qualitative effect of restructurization were changes in the employment structure according to the level of education, i.e. an increase in the share of the staff with higher education (from 5.1 to 8.4 procent as well as secondary technical and post-secondary education (from 18.5 to 26.5 procent . There was also observed a decrease in percentage of individuals with elementary education (from 33.5 to 19.9 procent . At the same time, the percentage of the staff involved in various forms of professional training was three times as large. (original abstract) - Accessibility
