- Przeanalizowano zmiany w użytkowaniu ziemi rolniczej w Polsce w latach 1990-2005, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem procesu koncentracji ziemi. (skróc. oryg. streszcz.)
The aim of this article is to show the changing in farmland use in family farms with particular consideration of farmland concentration process. Changes in farmland use, observed in the years 1990-2005, consist in movement of arable land to the largest farm (over 15 ha) and to the smallest farms (1-2 ha). The farms of area from 2 to 15 ha were the main source of market supply of land. Potential supply of farmland is connected with standing out of commercial and subsistence farms. Potential supply of farmland on the private market covers 25% of total area. Dynamic economic growth and liberal agricultural policy hasten the process of land concentrations because they stimulate selling land by subsistence farms and purchasing land by commercial farms.
