Agricultural Social Insurance Fund, Agriculture Restructuring and Modernization Agency - Abstract
- W opracowaniu przeanalizowano zasilanie produkcji rolnej i gospodarstw rolnych zewnętrznymi źródłami o charakterze zwrotnym i bezzwrotnym (kredyty i pożyczki oraz dotacje i subwencje z budżetu państwa i fundacji rolniczych). Wcześniej jednak, zwrócono uwagę na szanse pozyskiwania przez rolników dodatkowych dochodów dzięki ich własnej aktywności (handel, usługi wykonywane własnym sprzętem, praca najemna).
The starting point of analysis of the financial support of agriculture is indicating the causes and scale of tensions in the balance of the financial outcome and expenses of individual farms. Total sources allowing to cover the financial gap were divided into own ones and those coming from the outside. The first were divided into internal and external, whereas the second - into returnable and non-returnable. Among own sources, running non-agriculture activity within a farm as well as earning a living beyond the farm were subject to an analysis. Among the outside sources were the receipts obtained from KRUS (Agricultural Social Insurance Fund) and both private and bank credits. A special role in the system of support is played by bank credits with preferential interest and supplements of the Agency of Restructurization and Modernization of Agriculture (ARiMR) which were subject to a detailed study.
