- Przedstawiono podstawy i przebieg procesu kategoryzacji obiektów hotelarskich na terenie województwa dolnośląskiego. Omówiono podstawy i przebieg procesu nadawania osobom uprawnień przewodników turystycznych i pilotów wycieczek.
An act on services in tourism passed in 1997 lists regulations on conducting company activities in tourism. Its resolutions refer, among others, to an issue of hotels' grading system and granting qualifications to guides and tour leaders. Carrying out these resolutions in practice means the need of meeting many demands by the tourist branch. These demands make tourism enterprises (especially hotels) take up activities, which have not been foreseen by the legislator. That is why this study presents the effects of grading system of hotels functioning on the area of Lower Silesia district as well as the results of verification and granting qualifications to guides and tour leaders. An attempt to evaluate this process has been taken up in conclusions and directions of potential future activities have been pointed out. (original abstract) - Accessibility
