Abstract
W artykule omówiono istotne cechy, cele oraz założenia koncepcji marketingu partnerskiego. Uwzględniono elementy oceny działań podejmowanych przez polskie firmy w kierunku tworzenia związków partnerskich, a także sposobu jego rozumienia przez kadrę menedżerską.

The article points at characteristics, goals and assumptions of relationship marketing. Based on observations of market behaviors of Polish enterprises in the years 1998-2001, the author considers activities aimed at creating these relationship as well as their understanding by management.
