- Banki komercyjne w Stanach Zjednoczonych działają w ramach najbardziej rozwiniętej gospodarki światowej i mają do dyspozycji wiele źródeł pozyskiwania kapitału. Do źródeł tych należą certyfikaty depozytowe i inne papiery wartościowe, które ogólnie zakwalifikowane zostały do bankowych papierów wartościowych (commercial paper i obligacje korporacyjne)
The paper is entitled "characteristics of sources of funds for commercial banks in the USA. The role of these instruments significantly increased in the past decade. Main attention is given to the debt instruments such as: certificates of deposits (CDs), commercial pares, corporate bonds. The paper discusses the history of these instruments, their construction and describes the scale of their use in terms of issuance volume and issuers' number. (original abstract) - Accessibility
