Agricultural Property Agency (APA) - Abstract
- Przedstawiono ewolucję zakresu głównych zadań Agencji Nieruchomości Rolnych. W dalszej części omówiono formy zagospodarowania mienia z Zasobu WRSP i dane statystyczne w tym zakresie, a następnie główne problemy z jakimi styka się obecnie Agencja. Wynikają one przede wszystkim z braku odpowiednich przepisów prawnych.
Agricultural Property Agency of the State Treasury (currently: Agricultural Property Agency) has been existing from more than 15 years. The paper presents evolution of its main tasks. At the beginning the Agency activities concentrated on taking over and privatisation of state owned agricultural property. Than the scope of its activities has been widen with duties specified in separate legal regulations, particularly in the Act of 11th April 2003 on the Formation of Agricultural System. The further part of the paper presents also form of disposal of assets of Stock of the Agricultural Property of the State Treasury, related statistic data and than main practical problems encountered by Agency. They result mainly from the lack of proper legal regulations. (original abstract) - Accessibility
