- Celem autorki było podkreślenie, jak ważnym zadaniem jest organizowanie zespołu projektowego, szczególnie w kontekście wdrażania projektów w ramach organizacji studenckich. Autorka posłużyła się przykładem projektu Internetowego Biura Karier (IBK), realizowanym w 2001 roku przez Studenckie Koło Naukowe Target działające przy Katedrze Polityki Gospodarczej i Planowania Rozwoju w Akademii Ekonomicznej w Poznaniu. IBK jest bazą danych studentów oraz abslowentów AE w Poznaniu, z której bez opłat mogą skorzystać pracodawcy, szukający kandydata z wykształceniem ekonomicznym na stanowisko pracy lub praktyki.
The main aim of this article is to show how important in the context of students organization is the team project. It made use an example of the Internet Office of Careers (IOC) which was achieved in 2001 by the students learned society named "Target", which is activing in the Economy Policy and Development Planning Department in Economics Academy in Poznań. First of all the article shows the theoretics of the project - definitions and phases of the project with regard to the tasks structure. Further on the article handled a phase of launching a project like a base of organizing the team project and its four main gold laws. Organizing the team project is different in theory of the subject and in the real project of IOC. After the short characterization of the IOC brings about describing a role of project leader, project co-ordinator, members of the team project and supervisee. The reading public can show a difference between theoretics requirements or tasks for all people in team project and their real duties, which sometimes strays from the theory. In conclusion the article shows importance to organizing the team project in a phase of launching a project and results of IOC project. (original abstract) - Accessibility
