- Autorka przedstawiła strukturę i wielkość rynku funduszy venture capital działających obecnie na terenie Polski, w szczególności źródła podaży kapitału i charakterystykę inwestycji.
The article describes Polish venture capital market. While analysing venture capital companies, the author identifies three main sections of the market and characterises them in terms of available capital assets and financed investments. The description is finished with an outlook of threats and growth opportunities in every market section. The further part of the paper presents venture capital funds in Poland. It shows their investment preferences and engagement in financing investment projects of Polish companies. At the end the author analyses growth potential of Polish venture capital market by outlining some global trends on capital markets. (original abstract) - Accessibility
