Poland - Abstract
- W opracowaniu przedstawiono tendencje w: produkcji, konsumpcji oraz saldo handlu zagranicznego podstawowych rodzajów mięsa w Polsce i UE w latach 1990-2000. Z rozważań wynika, że w analizowanym okresie w Polsce i UE występowała rosnąca tendencja w produkcji i konsumpcji mięsa drobiowego, a malejąca wołowego. Natomiast w konsumpcji wieprzowiny występowała rosnąca tendencja w UE, a malejąca w Polsce. Polska i UE są eksporterami netto mięsa wieprzowego, wołowego i drobiu. Niewielkie różnice występują w poziomie cen wieprzowiny, natomiast ceny wołowiny w UE są około 30-40 procent wyższe niż w Polsce.
In this analysis trends in production, consumption and foreign trade balance for basic types of meat in Poland and EU in 199-2000 have been presented. It means that during the studied period the growing trend in production and consuption of poultry but derceasing production and consumption of beef in Poland and the EU have been recorded. However, pork consumption has increased in tha EU, but decreased in Poland. Poland and the EU are net exporters of pork, beef and poultry. Only small diffirences in the price level of pork have been noticed, however in tha EU prices of beef are around 30-40% higher than in Poland. (original abstract) - Accessibility
