Abstract
Przedstawiono cele, cechy oraz model dopasowania strategicznego zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi, zaprezentowano analizę polityk zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi. Analizę przeprowadzono w kontekście zagrożeń realizacji polityk w płaszczyznach ogólnej i szczegółowej.

The purpose of the study was to answer a question, which is particularly relevant to the possibility of managing risks related to organisation's human resources. Is this possible to identify the risks? Answering a so worded question creates an opportunity to build a risk management system and this in turn enables one to monitor changes in the risk level. But the potential of the solution being constructed will not be used, unless the problem of measuring risk levels is solved. (original abstract)
