Abstract
W artykule ukazano podstawowe rodzaje celów realizowanych przez polskie przedsiębiorstwa w latach 1990-2001 w okresie transformacji rynkowej.

In the present article the basic kind of aims realized by Polish companies in the years 1990-2001 have been shown. It should be mentioned that the aims in question were connected with the market position and the increase of competition, whereas, they were not liked with the security of functioning. What is more, the achieved aims varied according to the economic situation, the line of business and the time. (short original abstract)
