- W artykule przedstawiono rozwój produkcji w gospodarstwach ekologicznych w wybranych krajach na świecie. Zwrócono uwagę na trendy w produkcji żywności ekologicznej, porównując wyniki obecnych badań z wcześniejszymi prognozami. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The liberalization and globalization processes of the 21st century are now exceeding the level of national economies. Thus, it is not sufficient to analyze only the internal demand and supply of a country, one must consider the neighbouring countries and regions as well. Hence, my primary aim is to show how of production land areas and organic farmers have developed, to what extent the organic products are present in food industry production and to compare my results with earlier forecasts.
