- W opracowaniu przedstawiono efekty wprowadzania Programu Operacyjnego Rozwoju Węgierskiego Rolnictwa i Obszarów Wiejskich. Oceniono je pozytywnie. Odbywało się to jednak także z trudnościami, związanymi z aplikacją systemu. (abstrakt oryginalny)
This article has chosen to evaluate the Agriculture and Rural Development Operational Programme implemented in Hungary between 2004 and 2006; however, the method we have chosen differs from standard monitoring procedures where the evaluation is assessed by uninvolved experts. Our study offers a synthesis of the observations of those involved in the program (beneficiaries, application writers and colleagues of Managing Authority and Paying Authority) during focal group meetings, from the appearance to the evaluation of the applications; furthermore, we have exposed via questionnaires the deficiencies and aspects of the program in need of rectification.
