- Celem artykułu jest wskazanie podstawowych barier, związanych z rozwojem terminowego rynku instrumentów pochodnych na obligacje. Przedstawiono w nim hipotezę, że nie jest spełniony warunek konieczny, ale niedostateczny dla rozwoju opisywanych transakcji, tj. duża zmienność kursów poszczególnych obligów.
The author deals with the problem of securing immediate transactions of the bonds market with terminable transactions. The thesis has been put forward and proved that an obstacle to the functioning of the market is first of all a small changeability in the rates of this document.
