- Autorka przedstawiła najistotniejsze z procesów dostosowawczych, jakie powinien podjąć polski sektor mleczarski, aby funkcjonować po akcesji na wspólnym rynku europejskim i zapobiec jednocześnie degradacji polskiego sektora spółdzielczego.
Poland's access to the European Union enhances great opportunities for the dairy industry, however, it may also causes a serious danger. Dairy co-operative movement requires restructuring. One of the main challenges is a horizontal consolidation of enterprises which shall lead to establishing new entities, capable to compete with EU companies. The aim of this article is to present the most important adaptable processes that must be undertaken by the Polish dairy branch in order to meet the EU requirements.
