Abstract
Niniejszy artykuł to polemiczna kontynuacja na temat modelu I. Nonakiego i H. Tageuchiego. Skupiono się tutaj za zaprezentowaniu podstawowych koncepcji strategii zarządzania wiedzą w sektorze budowlanym w okresie transformacji. Opisano model przenikania wiedzy oparty na założeniach Nonaki i Takeuchiego.

The aim of this paper is to present the knowledge categories at construction company operating in the period of transformation. Based on that approach the transmission knowledge model was elaborated. The close attention was paid to the new knowledge, thanks to it the company can gain the market advantage. (original abstract)
