Abstract

W pracy, na podstawie danych statystycznych z GUS, oraz raportu Państwowej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości opisano zmiany w liczbie, strukturze i rodzajach przedsiębiorstw działających w województwie małopolskim. Przedstawiono również sektor małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw województwa małopolskiego na tle wyników innych województw w takich kategoriach jak: liczba personelu, liczba przedsiębiorstw, wskaźniki przedsiębiorczości, inwestycje i udział w handlu zagranicznym.

The article addresses the issue of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Małopolskie voivodeship. Using statistics from the Central Statistical Office (GUS) covering the last two years, and a report from the State Agency for the Development of Entrepreneurship (PARP), the article describes changes in the number, structure and types of entreprises operating in the voivodeship. With reference to the performance of private sector enterprises in other voivodeships, the article presents categories such as number of staff, number of enterprise, enterpreneurship indicators, investment, and share in foreign trade.
