- Przedstawiono wpływ stopy zwrotu otwartego funduszu emerytalnego na stopę zastąpienia (rozumianej jako relacja przyszłej emerytury do ostatnio uzyskiwanego wynagrodzenia). Omówiono także wpływ bezrobocia i wydłużenia okresu pracy ponad wiek ustawowy na stopę zastąpienia dla kobiet i mężczyzn.
The aim of the article is to present some of the factors that have influence on the replacement ratio together with the analysis of the strength of their effect. The factors involve: rates of return for Open Pension Funds, periods of unemployment and lengthening of employment over the legal age. According to the presented calculations, the rate of return for OFE has a very strong effect on the replacement ratio. The increase in the rate of return by 1 percentage point may result in the rise in the replacement ratio even by more then 10 percentage points (under the accepted assumptions). Periods of unemployment also significantly influence the replacement ratio. Moreover, the replacement ratio is also sensitive to lengthening of employment over the legal age. The relationship is especially noticable in the case of men because they statutorily work 5 years longer. (original abstract) - Accessibility
