- Przedmiotem artykułu jest opis koncepcji rządzenia opartej na interakcji zachodzącej pomiędzy państwem a społeczeństwem. W tekście przedstawiono najważniejsze podejścia do definiowania terminu „rządzenie” oraz dokonano analizy złożoności i dynamiki nowoczesnych społeczeństw, eksponując znaczenie interakcji społecznych dla jakości rządzenia. Rozważania te stały się podstawą dla konceptualizacji trzech trybów socjopolitycznego rządzenia tj. samozarządzania, współzarządzania oraz zarządzania hierarchicznego. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The article discusses the concept of governance based on interactions that subsist between the state and the society. The Author reviews key approaches to defining the term governance and analyses the complexity and dynamics of modern societies with special focus on the importance of social interactions to the quality of governance. These remarks constitute the basis for the conceptualisation of three modes of socio-political governance, i.e. self-governance, co-governance and hierarchical governance.
