- Wyniki badań sugerują, że większość fuzji lub przejęć kończy się niepowodzeniem. Dlatego też podczas przygotowań do transakcji nie można zaniechać żadnych kroków, które mogą uchronić przed takim efektem. Artykuł zawiera analizę wpływu założeń poszczególnych modeli fuzji poziomych na wnioski i postulaty, jakie wynikają z analizy rozwiązań tych modeli, dla planujących transakcje połączeń przedsiębiorstw. Analiza ta ma zwrócić uwagę na pewne teoretyczne aspekty procesów połączeń przedsiębiorstw, mające wpływ na opłacalność rzeczywistych fuzji. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The results of investigations suggest, that the majority of fusions or takeovers does not succeed. Therefore preparing the transaction one can not give up any steps which can prevent of such an effect. The article analyzes the influence of individual models horizontal fusions’ bases on the motions and postulates, which result from the analysis of these models solutions, for planning the transactions of enterprises fusions. This analysis should to pay attention to some theoretical aspects of processes of enterprises connections, which influence on profitability of real fusions. (original abstract) - Accessibility
