- Abstract
- W końcu XX wieku wartość rynkowa przedsiębiorstw wzrastała zdecydowanie szybciej niż ich wartość księgowa. Ta różnica była powszechnie tłumaczona rewolucją technologiczną i nowymi, nie do końca zdefiniowanymi wyzwaniami dla tradycyjnej ekonomii. Wartości niematerialne i prawne zostały uznane za główne czynniki wyjaśniające różnicę pomiędzy cenami płaconymi za spółki, a wartością księgową ich aktywów. Autor omawia problemy z identyfikacją wartości niematerialnych oraz zmiany, jakie wprowadza się do sprawozdawczości finansowej. Udowadnia ponadto, na przykładzie przemysłu chemicznego, że to zjawisko dotyczy również firm działających w tradycyjnych branżach. (abstrakt oryginalny)
At the end of 20th century the market value of the enterprises was growing up far more quickly than their account value. This difference was generally justified with the technological revolution and new, not fully defined challenges for traditional economy. The immaterial and legal values were recognized as the main factors, which explain the difference between the prices paid for the companies and their assets’ account value. The author discusses a problem of immaterial values identification, as well as the changes introduced into the financial accounting. This phenomenon concerns also the companies acting in traditional branches. (original asbtract) - Accessibility
