- Przedmiotem artykułu jest dopuszczalność objęcia przewodniczącego zarządu jednostki pomocniczej statusem pracownika samorządowego oraz możliwych podstaw nawiązania z nim stosunku pracy. Autor rozpatruje ten problem m.in. na tle zasady swobody gminy w zakresie kształtowania ustroju jednostek pomocniczych oraz przepisów regulujących strukturę organu wykonawczego jednostki pomocniczej. W końcowej części tekstu formułuje postulaty de lege ferenda. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The subject of this article is the admissibility to award the chairperson of the board of an auxiliary entity the status of a self-government employee and the possible grounds for establishing an employment relationship with him. The author views this problem, Inter alia, in the light of the principle of the freedom of the municipality to form the system of auxiliary entities and the regulations governing the structure of the executory authority of the auxiliary entity. The final part of the study has been devoted to de lege ferenda postulates. (original abstract) - Accessibility
