- Strategia międzynarodowej dywersyfikacji geograficznej jest związana z internacjonalizacją działalności. R. W. Griffin podzielił przedsiębiorstwa na krajowe, międzynarodowe, wielonarodowe oraz globalne. Większość polskich przedsiębiorstw należy do grupy przedsiębiorstw międzynarodowych, a Autorzy postanowili bliżej poznać motywy, kierunki i determinanty ich międzynarodowej dywersyfikacji geograficznej. Dlatego podjęli się zbadania związków pomiędzy międzynarodową dywersyfikacją geograficzną a strukturami własnościowymi spółek Nadrzędnym celem autorów, było określenie wpływu struktur własnościowych na stopień zdywersyfikowania geograficznego polskich spółek publicznych dla zmiennych z lat 2005-2006.
In the article the authors describe the results of their research in the area of the relationship between ownership structure and the level of international geographical diversification of Polish public companies. The results of the research indicate that there is no correlation between these two groups of variables. (original abstract) - Accessibility
