- Celem arutora było wnisienie własnego wkładu do dyskusji o kompetencji dynamicznej, ze względu na wybrany jej typ, tj. kompetencję relacyjną. Autor podzielił rozważania na dwie części. W pierwszej podjął problem zakresu znaczeniowego kompetencji relacyjnej, ze względu na dotychczasowy dorobek w zakresie kompetencji przedsiębiorstwa z jednej strony, a kompetencji dynamicznych z drugiej. W następnej części przedstawił znaczenie wynikowe, identyfikujące podstawowe przejawy kompetencji relacyjnej.
The author tackles the issue of relational capability nature from two standpoints: extant literature on core competencies and dynamic capabilities. It suggests that the relational capability is composed of capabilities, resources and processes dedicated to co-operation with partners. There is a need for farther research to verify six proposed relationships and ties between them to work out an operational construct of the relational capability. (original abstract) - Accessibility
