- Przedstawiono istotę działalności poręczycielskiej. Omówiono stan polskiego systemu poręczeń kredytowych dla małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw. Zaprezentowano założenia programu poręczeń kredytowych dla małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw.
The objective of this article is the presentation of the Government Programme of Credits Guarantee Development Scheme for small and middle-sized enterprises and referring to the prerequisites of its construction. The analysis of the content of this document allowed for conclusions presenting its advantages and disadvantages, which may decide about the possibilities of the assumptions undertaken in it.
