- Autor twierdzi, iż Polska jest nadal w początkowym etapie tworzenia spójnego modelu dla publiczno-społecznych i prywatnych dóbr. Wybrany kierunek transformacji wymaga wprowadzenia szerokiego zakresu przekształceń dóbr publiczno-społecznych na prywatne. Starania Polski o członkostwo w Unii Europejskiej wymuszają wprowadzenie unijnego modelu dóbr prywatnych i publicznych. (MP)
The author claims that Poland is still at a preliminary stage in its efforts to develop a consistent model for public-and-social and private goods. The adopted orientation of transition, at least judging by the latest reforms, calls for a wide-ranging transformation of public-and social goods into private goods. Poland's strategic goal to secure membership in the EU calls for efforts to adopt the EU model for public and private goods. (MP) - Accessibility
