- Zaprezentowano metody zarządzania produkcją oraz determninaty ich rozwoju. Omówiono najnowszą metodę QRM (koncepcja szybkiego wytwarzania), którą dopiero próbuje się stosować w praktyce. Przedstawiono analizę systemu POLCA oraz sposób jego działania. Zaprezentowano zalety tego systemu w porównaniu z innymi systemami sterowania i zarządzania produkcją.
The paper presents the characteristics of the new manufacturing systems and compares them with traditional ones. It discusses the benefits of POLCA cards as compared with pull and push systems. Thanks to the QRM and POLCA card systems the company may achieve better financial results by eliminating wastage, which considerably increases its competitiveness. The objective of the QRM concept is to continuously adapt corporate manufacturing activities to both internal and external changes. The concept ensures great flexibility of response to market changes including a very quick response to customer needs.(original abstract) - Accessibility
