Abstract
W opracowaniu omówiono rodzaje instrumentów pochodnych. Przedstawiono strukturę światowego rynku instrumentów pochodnych oraz strukturę rynku instrumentów pochodnych w Polsce. Przybliżono korzyści i zagrożenia wynikające z wykorzystania instrumentów pochodnych, a także najważniejsze zmiany w organizacji rynku instrumentów pochodnych OTC, czyli rynku pozagiełdowego.
