- Przedstawiono systemy zarządzania jakością występujące w polskich przedsiębiorstwach. Opisano w jaki sposób stosowane systemy podnoszą przewagę konkurencyjną przedsiębiorstw. Pokazano korelacje między badanymi zmiennymi efektywnościowymi i systemowymi.
Within the space of dozen past years Polish leading companies have made considerable progress in the range of introducing and developing quality management systems. At the beginning of the 90s, own plant quality assurance systems were predominated, at second half of 90s was an expansion of ISO 9000 series systems at the beginning of XXI centaury it was the time of making the first move in direction of Total Quality Management (TQM). It appears that Polish leading companies are duplicating the path of quality management systems' development worked out by the majority of companies from high developed countries which is clearly marked out by the pressure of increased performance of both the quality system and the whole company. The experience of Polish leading companies confirms thus that company performance increases along with an advance of quality managements' system implementation as well as that introducing quality assurance systems based on ISO 9000 series is treated as the first step in direction of TQM. However, success in TQM implementation is possible only when meeting certain conditions among which the key ones are executive commitment and effort which has to be made by every employee as well as the patience expressing in strenuous work in favour of shaping the quality culture - the work of which effects should be treated as evidently longterm ones.(original abstract) - Accessibility
