The work is presenting the Behavioural Perspective Model which is useful in the market analysis and interpretations of major classes of client behaviour, choices and their expectations concerning the area of medical services. This paper gives an explanation of the integral character of this model. On the one hand the growth of knowledge in the fields of client behaviour and on the other hand the new lines analysis in relationship to similar subjects which are suggested by researchers. The research considers the possibility of the application of this model in unique medical services in Poland undergoing institutional and managerial transformations. It concludes by describing the opportunity and the empirical suggestions in the application of client behaviours methods in the field of medical services and their external factors in this particular social circumstances in Poland.
