- Przedmiotem artykułu jest próba zidentyfikowania różnych grup pracowników o wysokim potencjale, wskazanie ich cech specyficznych, a także podobieństw i różnic w zakresie aktywności organizacji podejmowanych na rzecz ich utrzymania i rozwoju. (fragment tekstu)
One of the most difficult challenges an organization faces is identifying and developing different groups of workers for future organizational success. High potential people are very specific group of workers in any organization. They are not enough defined and recognized in practice of personnel function. This scarce resource demands specific processes and instruments to retain and develop because of its greater need for flexibility and a desire to create different patterns of working. This paper aims to answer questions about specific features groups of people perceived as important and about ways to establish them in an organization by the processes of development. This processes need very individualized and differentiated techniques and instruments in developing individual passion, knowledge and interests as well as personality.
