Abstract
Zwrócono uwagę na potrzebę budowania lojalności wśród pracowników. Przedstawiono charakter zjawiska zadowolenia z pracy.

In this article, the author draws attention to the need to build a level of loyalty among key personnel towards the organisation. He presents the nature of the phenomenon of job satisfaction. He also indicates the links between the level of satisfaction and the desire to remain within the organisation as well as the development and persistence of pro-social attitudes among people employed in the organisation. A major part of the article is devoted to a discussion of two tools from measuring job satisfaction: The Job Descriptive Index and Job Diagnostic Survey. (original abstract)
