- Celem niniejszego referatu jest analiza dwóch produktów z obszaru ubezpieczeń finansowych: ubezpieczenia kredytu kupieckiego oraz gwarancji zapłaty wierzytelności pieniężnych, gdzie Zakład Ubezpieczeń przejmuje na siebie ryzyko niewypłacalności kontrahenta oraz wskazanie funkcji, jakie odgrywają w zabezpieczeniu płynności finansowej przedsiębiorstwa, zwłaszcza w warunkach kryzysu gospodarczego. The Polish financial insurance market is still a young one. It survived the 1990s, though with fewer players than it had started the decade and with all heeding the difficulty inherent in the industry. The branch is certainly conscious of the risk that comes with financial insurance during a crisis, which was reflected by the very fast correction of market rates and applied procedures. The crisis enlightened many businessmen about what market instruments can protect them in difficult times and that they should have taken advantage of them considerably sooner, when insurers were less averse to risk. If the financial insurance industry survives the crisis not overly "beaten" in terms of the imagination it has awakened as well as the consciousness it has raised among customers, it should later come to enjoy strong prosperity.
