Abstract
Reference model of knowledge management presented in the paper has been created on the basis of multiple empirical research (Delphi method, questionnaires and interviews conducted with Polish outstanding enterprises as well as in transnational corporations). Implementation of the model must be regarded as deeply connected with the cultural context of an organization.(original abstract)
