- W artykule przedstawiono proces restrukturyzacji spółek Nucor Corporation. Omówiono najważniejsze wydarzenia związane z jego ponad 100-letnią historią i jej restrukturyzacją. Wskazano na przyczyny i zakres wprowadzonych zmian i oceniono ich skuteczność w kontekście poprawy sytuacji na rynku firmy.
The article presents the process of corporate development restructuring of Nucor Corporation. It discusses the most important events connected with its more than 100 years long history and its restructuring. It points to the causes and scope of the implemented changes and assesses their effectiveness in the context of improvement of the market situation of the company. If focuses on restructuring of technology, human resources and organisation. Conclusions resulting from the restructuring of Nucor Corporation are finally drawn.(original abstract) - Accessibility
