- W wielu spółkach-córkach korporacji międzynarodowych obecnych na polskim rynku dokonują się zmiany w organizacji księgowości. Kryzys gospodarki światowej zmusił zarządy korporacji do wprowadzania programów restrukturyzacyjnych. W efekcie następuje centralizacja procesów księgowych w grupach kapitałowych, a tym samym obniża się rola i znaczenie lokalnej kadry. Autor analizuje skutki zmian dla jakości i rzetelności informacji finansowej spółek-córek, i pokazuje ich negatywne następstwa. (abstrakt oryginalny)
Many subsidiaries of international corporations actives on the Polish market are changing their accounting organization. World economic crisis has forced the boards of corporations to implement restructuring programs. As a result the accounting processes in capital groups are centralized, and thus the local staff role and importance is reduced. The author analyzes how these changes affects the quality and reliability of the subsidiaries financial information, and shows their negative consequences. (original abstract) - Accessibility
