- Coraz więcej firm kształci kadry wykorzystując szkolenia e-learningowe. W artykule przedstawiono najważniejsze obszary e-learningu (kontrola nad kontentem, interaktywność i typ osadzonych obiektów multimedialnych, rola moderatora, informacja zwrotna, komunikacja w przestrzeni wirtualnej, prace i dyskusje grupowe, motywacja i zorientowanie na cele pracy zawodowej, spotkania face-to-face), jednocześnie przybliżając reguły i narzędzia, których przestrzeganie i stosowanie przyczynia się do zwiększania jakości projektowanych szkoleń e-learningowych i poprzez to wpływa na efektywność transferu wiedzy dokonywanego dzięki technologiom informacyjno-komunikacyjnym. More and more companies educate their employees using e-learning trainings. The article shows the most important e-learning aspects (content control, interaction and type of embedded multimedia objects, moderator's role, feedback, communication in virtual space, cooperative learning, group discussions, motivation and orientation on professional work purposes, face-to-face meetings) concurrently pointing out and explaining rules and tools. Obeying and practicing these rules contribute to increase the quality of planned e-learning trainings and affecting the efficiency of knowledge transfer via information and communication technologies.
