- W artykule omówiono wyniki badania dotyczącego kultury organizacyjnej sprzyjającej strategii TQM. Wskazano typu kultury organizacyjnej, które wpływają na realizację strategii TQM w polskich przedsiębiorstw budowlanych. Opracowano czynniki wspierania kultury organizacyjnej. Siła czynników została ustalona na podstawie skali Likerta. Badaniem objęto 236 pracowników firm budowlanych. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone w maju i kwietniu 2010 roku. Wykazano, że im lepsza sytuacja finansowa przedsiębiorstwa tym więcej czynników wpływających na kulturę organizacyjną i strategię TQM.
The aim of this paper is to indicate the type of organizational culture, which affects the implementation of TQM strategy. The factors fostering organizational culture were elaborated as well. The strength of the factors was set based upon the Likert scale. 236 workers of construction companies were questioned. The study was conducted in May and April 2010. It showed the relation between the financial standing of the company and the factors fostering the TQM strategy. The better financial standing the more factors emerged affecting organizational culture and TQM strategy. (original abstract) - Accessibility
