Cracow - Abstract
- W artykule zanalizowano zmiany w strukturze budżetu miasta Krakowa w latach 1989-1991 w warunkach trwających procesów prywatyzacyjnych oraz wprowadzonych w życie reform samorządowych. Okazało się, że dochody własne znacznie wzrosły, co jednak nie wyeliminowało ani nie zmniejszyło dotacji z budżetu centralnego. W odniesieniu do wydatków największy wzrost dotacji został zauważony w sektorze transportu publicznego (pomimo prywatyzacji). Zaobserwowano także stagnację wydatków na usługi niematerialne.
In the article the author analyzes changes in the structure of the budget of Kraków City in the period 1989—1991 under the conditions of the ongoing privatization processes and the implementation of the self-governing reform. It was found that own revenues greatly increased which, however, did not eliminated in or easing subsidies from the central budget. As regards expenditures the greatest increase in the subsidies was noted in the case of public transport (despite its privatization). Some stagnation of expenses on some typical non-material services was observed. (original abstract) - Accessibility
