- Abstract
- Przedmiotem artykułu jest oddziaływanie przekształceń struktury własnościowej na strukturę podmiotową handlu wewnętrznego. Temat zakłada więc instytucjonalne podejście do struktury rynku. Rozważania skoncentrowano na celach, sposobach i formalno-organizacyjnych skutkach transformacji układu podmiotowego, charakterystycznego dla gospodarki centralnie planowanej, w układ właściwy dla gospodarki rynkowej. Przejście to, jego szybkość i efekty zależą od wielu czynników, których część jest trudno przewidywalna. Jest to zresztą zrozumiałe, ponieważ wszystkie ustroje społeczno-gospodarcze, z wyjątkiem realnego socjalizmu, nie zostały „zaprojektowane", lecz powstawały w sposób spontaniczny i ewolucyjny. Dlatego celem niniejszego artykułu nie jest stwierdzenie stopnia zgodności rzeczywistości z określonym modelem, lecz diagnoza jej samej. (fragment tekstu)
The article constitutes an assessment of the impact of the transformation of the forms of ownership on the structure of commerce in Poland against the background of the over-all changes in the economy. In particular, the author stressed that there should be a logical connection between the economy and the market and the institutional side. In the article the author discussed the aims, methods and results of the transformation of the structure of commerce, which so far was operating in the centrally planned economy, into the structure well- adjusted to the market economy. The diagnosis that was presented is a kind of "critical picture" of the organizational structure of the Polish commerce in 1991. (original abstract) - Accessibility
