- Abstract
- The theory of economy, which has been developed in socialistic countries, often presents the problem of the economical evaluation of all factors which are engaged in the production process, also including the problem of mineral resources. In the present paper The Author discusses functions of the economical evaluation of mineral resources in the macroeconomical scope and the calculation, which has been applied in Poland as a basis of the discussed evaluation. The discussive character of some criteria, which appear in the calculation, has been pointed out as well as the fact, that the comiplete economical evaluation of resouirces will not be possible, if the relation between the synthetic factor of the investment effectiveness and the terminal value is accepted as a basic economical condition. The consequences have been also discussed, borne by the method of détermination of the balancing criteria, which are applied in the economical practice. (original abstract)
