- Abstract
- W pracy przedstawiono determinanty wpływające na podejmowanie współdziałania strategicznego przedsiębiorstw w ramach międzynarodowego joint-venture. Wyodrębniono motywy partnerów do podejmowania tej formy bezpośrednich inwestycji zagranicznych. Przedstawiono również wyniki badań empirycznych ilustrujących motywację inwestora zagranicznego do współdziałania z przedsiębiorstwami polskimi w ramach joint-venture. (abstrakt oryginalny)
In this work the determinants effecting the direct foreign investment are presented. Also presented is empirical work on joint-venture performance in polish economy which demonstrates that under certain conditions joint-ventures can be the optimal mode of foreign direct investment.
