- Abstract
- W referacie podjęto problem relacji między zarządzaniem łańcuchem dostaw i partnerstwem wertykalnym a strategiami generalnymi firm i ideą współdziałania strategicznego. Wskazano, iż strategia zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw zastąpiła strategię integracji pionowej. Opisano podstawy teoretyczne wspólne dla partnerstwa wertykalnego i całości zagadnień współdziałania strategicznego. Określono relacje między partnerstwem wertykalnym a zarządzaniem łańcuchem dostaw i relacje między tymi koncepcjami a strategiami ogólnymi firm. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The paper raised the problem of relations between the delivery chain management together with vertical partnership and the companies( general strategies along with the idea of strategic cooperation. It was pointed that the delivery chain management strategy replaced vertical integration strategy. Theoretical foundations common for vertical partnership and for the entire sphere of issues on strategic cooperation were described. The relations between vertical partnership and the delivery chain management together with the relations between these concepts and the companies( general strategies were defined.
