- Celem artykułu jest próba przedstawienia wzajemnego związku między kwalifikacjami a płacami pracowników handlu detalicznego. Zbadanie tego związku pozwoli odpowiedzieć na pytanie, czy i w jakim stopniu istniejąca struktura płac sprzyja jakościowemu doskonaleniu siły roboczej w handlu. (fragment tekstu)
The article aims at presenting .interrelations between the qualifications of the employees of retail trade and their wages. It is to find out whether the pay rates created by policy of wages for employees with different qualifications may contribute to the qualitative improvement of labour force in trade. For, it seems that with the changing model of work in the socialist trade the rise of qualifications becomes more and more important, if the trade is to reach its goals. The article proves theoretically the relationship between qualifications and wages, presents methods and results of research carried out in this field, as well as some conclusions drawn from the analysis of the problem.
