- W dyskusji o punktach startowych i kierunkach rozwoju struktur organizacyjnych zorientowanych na rozwój kładzie się nacisk na niezbędność całościowego (systemowego) rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa. Rozwój firmy jest procesem obejmującym i wykorzystującym całość potencjału rozwojowego przedsiębiorstwa. Jest to warunek konieczny dla zrozumienia wielopoziomowych, wielostronnych związków między ideami rozwojowymi, wizją rozwojową, polityką rozwojową i strategiami rozwojowymi oraz potencjałem rozwojowym firmy. Dlatego zorientowane na rozwój struktury przedsiębiorstwa powstają nie jako wynik pojedynczych działań organizacyjnych czy kierowniczych - powstają one w wyniku długotrwałych, systematycznych przedsięwzięć rozwojowych prowadzonych przez zarząd firmy. In a discussion about the starting points and the objective for the development of orientated firm structures, the necessity and the complexity of firm development is the most important assessment. A firm development is a process which covers and uses the whole firm (developmental) potential. On that one can build a base for understanding of multilevel dependence among a vision, the policy and strategies as well as the potention of a firm. Therefore the firms orientated on the structure development are not formed as a result of single management decisions, but they rise in a long term systematical developmental steps led by the management.
