- Abstract
- Nowe technologie medyczne są szeroko postrzegane jako jeden z podstawowych, jeśli nie główny czynnik napędzający koszty opieki zdrowotnej. Stąd celem opracowania jest przedstawienie znaczenia technologii medycznych i możliwych mechanizmów powodujących, że technologie medyczne stają się czynnikiem wzrostu kosztów opieki zdrowotnej, jak i możliwych do zastosowania bodźców skłaniających do rozwijania efektywnych kosztowo technologii medycznych oraz wykorzystania ich w sposób także efektywny. New medical technology is widely seen as a major - if not main - driver of health spending. The purpose of this paper is to present the significant of medical technology and possible mechanism causing that medical technologies are the main driver of health care spending. Moreover the possible stimulus, which motivate to develop cost effective medical technology and effective usage are presented.(original abstract) - Accessibility
